The Start

The Start.
The Start of our house.  The Start of a different type of life.  It has felt good.  Feeling hungry after a day of hard work.  Being sweaty from carrying your groceries, water, and baby from town.  Thinking the cold water rainshower feels refreshing instead of shocking.  These adjustments have felt good, it's what we have been looking for.  I'm proud of my little family.  We are healthier.  We are together.  We are happy.

Some days we have "quiet time" instead of nap time.  Woody reading some books in bed with the fan on him.

Travel Day

Stop taking pictures, Meg, and close your own eyes.  They look painful.
The kids were beyond easy on the plane.  They both napped, Tohi nursed a few times, Woody and I played a few games and ate some candy.  It was a breeze.  The customs line was short.  The immigration woman loved my children and thought they were adorable.  She went crazy over Elwood being Panamanian.  The dogs made it through even though Penny told anyone that came close to her kennel that she was going to eat them.  We made it to Panama!

Relaxing on the porch of the house we are renting, eating the last of the plane candy, unwinding after a long travel day

We sure did miss our Dad
