Ooh, Mama. . . see you on the flip side

Inquires about our bad ass boards and equally bad ass skills

"Sorry fellas, gotta run. . .
maybe we'll see you on the flip side"

Con, seriously, did you get the right sizes?

Looking Good,
Feeling Good

The weekend following our class, Grain was hosting a surf revolution party. (Because that's what you do if you are an awesome company)  The venue was on their property as well as on the farm next door.  The vendors were selling organic pizzas and tacos, dogfish head beer sat in icey coolers, live music filled the air, the barn was set up to premier surf movies, and people with like minded mentalities and environment friendly products were there to inform and enjoy the festivities.

And what's a party without a dangerously large bonfire?

  1. I stumbled across your blog after reading about the Salty dog for sale. I've enjoyed reading about your adventures. When you first parked the boat in Panama, I thought it was just related to the weather patterns. But now it hasn't been lived in for so long, I am curious if there are other reasons? Has the life on a sailboat lost its luster? I am curious because my wife and I have a similar dream, and I am wondering what happened to yours.

    1. Hello Anonymous, No the sailboat lifestyle has in no means lost its luster. The boat is not being lived on, but she is checked on and taken care of. Our dream to circumnavigate is still very much alive, just postponed. We are re-grouping and enjoying our new son, and as always, taking life slow. We strongly encourage you and your wife to follow your sailboat dreams, you will never regret it.
Go Sailing NOW, the time will never be "right"
      Good luck,
      Meghan
