We were in Panama for this very American holiday but we celebrated with our little family and made our first Thanksgiving dinner just for us. I've always been assigned a few items to add to the family feast. A salad and a pie, or green beans and a pie. Always with a pie. haha. But this year I was in charge of it all. It was fun and festive. Not everything turned out. . . but I did manage to make a pie.
In Thanksgivings past, we've gotten together with other families here in Panama. But this year, we kept it simple and had it just our very thankful family of five.
