| Conor and Woody dug up this "pond" so they could have a habitat for fish and frogs (even though there are frogs happily hopping all over the property and plenty of fish to see in the ocean). I am all for nature and exploring and learning and getting dirty. . .However, this habitat seems more like a mud pit that all the children fall in and Penny baths herself in. It just feels like more mess and laundry for me and less "learning about animals." No? |

| Apparently there are two main styles of fire building, Tepee and Lean-to. Over the years, Conor and his best buddy have had long discussions over which technique is best and why. Conor is a strong believer in the lean-to method but despite his best efforts, his son is a tepee builder. |
